      Do I need to make any adjustments for running Human Heart tissue?

      Although Seeker works well on mouse heart, the standard protocol may need to be slightly adjusted for human heart.

      1. Increase hybridization time to 30 min
      2. Increase RT to 90 min
      3. Run 13 cycles of PCR in the second stage of cDNA amplification
