      What do I do if the FORMATCONVERT step fails with the following error?

      Solution

      Add the following 2 lines at the start of the formatconvert.py script (available in curioseeker-2.0.0/bin/) and resume the pipeline run. 


      (Please make sure to add these two lines above the import scanpy as sc line - screenshot below)
