What is difference between the Dual Indexing primer kit V1 and V2?
The primer and index sequences for these 2 kits are the same, but the concentrations are different and therefore different volumes are used. This is outlined in the protocol in section H: Tagmentation (with the Nextera XT Library Prep Kit):
